13th Annual AIMIA Awards open for entry

OK folks...the doors are open and you can now enter your piece of work to win an award at the 13th Annual AIMIA Awards.

AIMIA (the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association) is the peak national industry body representing the Interactive Media and Digital Content sectors in Australia and the AIMIA awards are the longest running and most prestigious Awards in Australia’s Interactive Media Industry (disclaimer: I sit on the National Board of AIMIA).

So...do the right thing and support the industry body that supports your industry and become a member (which is a pre-requisite for entering the awards) and thow your hat into the ring with what will no doubt be some of the best digital / interactive material produced in this country.

You have until 5pm on the 10th of November 2006 to enter...and the awards night (which will without a doubt be an evening to remember) is being held on Friday the 2nd March, 2007 at the State Theatre in Sydney.

C'mon...what are you waiting for...make 13 your lucky number...

Some have questioned what the purpose of the awards are for and if its just a membership drive. Any comments?
