ABC opens up EPG

Three cheers for the ABC as they open up "slowly" start to open up their EPG before any of the other free-to-air TV stations in Australia. While its great that they are taking this step, it still sounds like they are doing it very slowly.

<RANT>Hey...ABC, SBS, 7, 9 and 10...GET OVER IT...just open the EPG up and help change your own perception amongst DVR and media center users (of all varieties). The demographics of the people who now have devices that can utilise an EPG is becoming more widespread and is not just a market full of geeks and early adopters (like me) anymore.</RANT>
