Ask Messenger a question

I spotted this in the TechNet email newslettter (by Jeff Alexander) from Microsoft last week...nice...

...if you ever wanted to know answers to really obscure questions then let Encarta Instant Answers do the work for you. If you use MSN Messenger then add Encarta@conversagent.com to your contacts and start asking away.

We've just released a similar service, except instead of being an automated bot, it's actual people answering the questions. The site is www.askforcents.com, but you can try it out by simply email q@askforcents.com with your question in the body of the email (leave the subject blank). The service is currently free.
