The Blog Business Summit is nearly underway

The Blog Business Summit being held in Seattle is due to start in just under 24 hours...and no word yet of a live audio or video feed....come on guys....whats a guy in Sydney meant to do...fly to Seattle for a two day event :(

I suppose i will have just have to take part in the backchannel on the official BBS05 IRC channel...(details courtesy of Robert Scoble)

IRC Server: irc.freenode.net

Channel: #bbs05

Direct link: irc://irc.freenode.net/bbs05

The sessions look like they will be really interesting...but i guess i just won't know as its hard to tell from the backchannel..its like hearing half of a conversation...Oh well...see you on IRC folks...

would have thought an audio feed would have been a bare minimum for something like this.

At least they use IRC and not something flashed based or more evil ...

The big question is...are the organisers monitoring the blogosphere and will they respond??? :)

Perhaps some reverse psychology could help?

"We understand that they don't do audio because they could not get it done"

Hopefully some folks will record anyway - after I experienced last week what my iriver mic can record even if far away, there should at least be some people present to record that damm thing!

[as I am not into audiofeeds anyway because I can't get them usually]
