The Australian 2004 Microsoft Mobile Developers Conference is on at the Sheraton on the Park Hotel in Sydney tomorrow (Tuesday 20th April).
Ok....it won't be as good as attending the real MDC which was held in San Francisco last month, but its better than nothing. And some of the speakers should be OK...Mark Spain, the Director of the Mobile Devices division is out here from MS head ofice in Redmond, and so is James Pratt.
Dr Neil Roodyn will be giving the closing keynote about some new technologies that MS are working.....i have a feeling some of the stuff he will be taking about i saw on my trip to Microsoft in February... ;)
May even get to a meet a few of the Australian Microsoft bloggers as i see Frank Arrigo will be in attendance as well....all in all it sounds like it should be an interesting event....
I wonder if they will have WiFi at the conference???? It has to start happening at conferences in Australia soon you would think....if it is...i may even post here if i hear anything interesting....if not on this blog, at least on the moblog.
Update: Ok....now that was quick....i posted a question about WiFi at the conference....and then Frank Arrigo posts about their being WiFi at the conference.....thats what i call customer service :)
