Yeah...the first version of the Zune didn't exactly rock everyones world, but i wouldn't exactly say that the iPhone is that innovative either.

Don't get me wrong, it has some nice features but it hasn't exactly revolutionised the mobile phone as we know it or as Steve Jobs has tried to make everyone think. After the initial buzz a lot of the tech bloggers have settled down and had a good thinnk about it and a large number of them have changed their view on it.

I think one of its biggest issue is that doesn't support 3G networks from day one which sort of puts it about a year behind in terms of its possible uses and functionality...hopefully they will fix that with the second version of it or it really won't get much traction outside of the "oh my god Apple have released the coolest looking phone around and i must have one" crowd so i certainly don't think its exactly scaring the likes of companies Nokia or Sony Ericsson.

Funny... but a pity that that MS arent this innovative.

They can always buy innovative companies I guess. Should have done that instead of plagiarizing to come up with the iZume.

;-)
