Microsoft Design

The Microsoft Design web site provides an interesting insight into the workings of a design team inside one of the largest and most succesful companies in the world.

With all the noise that Apple get for being a design leader in the technology space, i think its worth having a closer look and getting the design perspective from Microsoft considering they work across a wider range of design than probably any of their competitors by having to design hardware, software and UI across the entire spectrum from basic users to IT professionals.
