Advertising, Marketing & Media Summit 2006

Yep…another conference…
This time its the Advertising, Marketing & Media Summit 2006 which is on in Melbourne on the 27th & 28th of July at the Langham Hotel in Melbourne.
The summit is all about “Reaching tomorrow’s consumers through effective and powerful
advertising, marketing and media”, and it promises to be interesting with great topics and speakers from some of Australia’s leading advertising, marketng and media agencies as well as some of the coutries biggest blue chips as well.
Companies represented include: NRMA, Qantas, Singleton Ogilvy & Mather, Cadbury Schweppes, The Furnace, Mitchell and Partners, Melbourne Football Club, DDB Sydney, Advertising Federation of Australia, Starcom Worldwide, Media Federation of Australia, BMW Group Australia, Telstra, Nine Network, Melbourne Storm, Ford Australia, Naked Communications, P3, The Glue Society, MIndShare Australasia, NIneMSN, 3, Tourism Australia, OMD Australia, Digital Media Communciations, Fairfax Digital, Tribal DDB, Fosters Group, OMD, Visual Jazz, Yahoo! 7, Principius, Ericsson, Style Counsel, realestate.com.au, Sensis Interactive, Google, Australia Post, Rapp Collins, ADMA, Priceline and Austereo…thats a lot of people speaking over the course of two days so the chances of hearing something interesting are pretty high.
You no doubt noticed Principius mentioned in there as well, as i will speaking on a panel with; Martin Hoffman (ex-Chief Operating Officer, NineMSN), Mike Game (Chief Operating Officer, Fairfax Digital), Jennifer Williams (Managing Director,Tribal DDB Sydney), Mark Devine (Corporate Affairs Manager, Fosters Group), Leigh Terry (Executive Director - Digital, OMD), Konrad Spilva (General Manager, Visual Jazz) and Jo Gaines (Head of Sales, Yahoo!7) that is titled “New media technologies - Reaching tomorrow’s consumers’. I will actually be representing another company at the conference…but more on that shortly ;)
