Let’s see if Halo 3 is the only good-selling game of the Xbox 360, as what happened with the first Xbox and Halo/Halo 2, which didn’t give much of a profit to Microsoft … Their systems are too expensive, and they only cash in on Halo. Shame.

Yeah the xbox is a computer, they just made a computer with intel and nvidia part is slabbed a label saying xbox, i wouldn’t like to drop that brick.
The PS3 supports all possible cd/ dvd formats and also blu-ray disk, new technology created by sony, it holds about 23gb per disk, that will definitely give ps3 the data storage edge.

Xbox 360 will weigh a billion tons man. xbox was a bloody brick and a half. the ps3 rules. it has wireless controllers and can hold up to 7 wireless contrtollers.
it has a media center built in and you can record tv programs and all. it runs on the new technology of Blu Ray discs and has the cell processor which owns the bloody brick of a mother board that bloody that brick of a computer has. its a bloody computer and i say, shame on you microsoft, shame on you. ps3 totally owns Brick 360

360 will have the advantage in the area of release dates. the ps3 processing power is slightly over 2x xbox 360, not to mention blue ray dvd format as mentioned above. my consideration is in release dates. if sony takes too long into 06, then ill get 360 just to play it for 4 or 5 months untill ps3.
other things im looking at is , is the dvd drive a DVDR DL? should be. we all know sony or microsoft could sell more units if the console functions as a tivo type device. hell, microsoft already uses intervideo for its dvd software. intervideo creates my beloved WinDVR 3. fabulous real time mpeg2 capture from my tv tuner card….
Also, direct x…. make 360 compatable with older dx pc games damnit. ( ahh, im just dreaming there. )

Read the reviews! The PS3 is 2x better then the XBOX360. Yes the size is smaller, and smaller is better, but that is all that is good. Sony is the best and will always be!

The ps3 looks like a printer, the xbox 360 looks like a computer modem, but has anyone seen what the new Nintendo console looks like? it blows the others away! it does not look like a kiddie console in the least. Nintendo has raised the bar this time and i think it will blow xbox 360 and ps3 away and not just physically either. Also the features of the Nintendo Revolution are so much superior. The Xbox 360 is better than the PS3 just look at it… The controller of the PS3 looks like a fricking boomarang. I know that the Xbox 360 hasent changed much but why would you have to. The controller is awsome. Halo/Halo 2 isnt what got microsoft most of its money. It has sweet games thats how they got there money. I truly beleive that the Xbox 360 is better than the PS3. PS3 sucks! just a part three of a mahcine with 7 controller slots whoop de doo such a big show off. Xbox 360 has wireless controllers too (rechargable hehe)so ps-3-ucks is not the only machine with wireless controllers. Xbox 360 will rock on LIVE with webcams, more profile on people and smoother gameplay actions. i don’t hear any PS3 ‘Live’ so it sucks. Aight check it….Did any of you Xbox lovers get a chance to read about the PS3’s CELL processor? It completely blows the 360 out of the water. Im not that big of an Xbox fan, but however I will get one when it comes out just for its internet play, thats the only thing about it thats better than the PS3. Because if you think about it, You people say that Microsoft is so good and all that crap, but all they’re doing is turning this game console into a friggin computer, and thats not what CONSOLE gaming is supposed to be. If the PS3 gets released to late, the 360 will do better with sales just because people will get sick of waiting for it and they’ll all go out and get a 360. Me, personally, im going to get them both, and I may even go all out AND get the new Nintendo system. And to that guy who was jokin the controller of the PS3, THAT IS THE SWEETEST controller out for ANY system yet, it sure beats that suitcase of a controller the Xbox had. But for Sony lovers, continue on the path of goodness, as will I. Since when does percentages mean anything. That has nothing to do with how good a console is. Second, of course Sony had the best take on the market, the Ps2 was released almost two years earlier than the xbox. And of course the xbox was powerful, it damn welll shold be!, it was released almost two years later. Now, however, things have changed. MS now has cliams with some very good publishers (bungie and bioware not to mention bethesda (MORROWIND)) now that xbox is a proven console. Plus FF and GTA are coming to xbox. Unfortunately I see sony now without a killer app. Forza has come to rival Gran Turismo and killzone (I know the treailer was totally sweet even though it was totally pre rendered CGI not even running on PS3 hhardware) just cant compete with Halo. Also, Sony really needs online help. MS is smart to be so stressul about online. xbox live has over 2 million subscribers in the US alone. The future of gaming is online, and I wish sony would have stressed a little more about it. Not to mention that MS now says that pretty much 90% of xbox games will be backwards compatible and they say that by launch all games should be able to run on 360. I think MS has a much better bid on the market this time around. They are launching worldwide around christmas. First off, percentages have a lot to do with how good a console is. Because it tells you how popular it is among the consumers, as well as how good the system is doing against its competition. No one is really going to know anything FOR SURE though until all 3 systems are out. Who knows, NINTENDO might kick both their butts this time around, because EVERYONE is sleepin on them. But thats all I have to say about that.

the ps3 is the far superior machine having the ability to run on to tvs at the one time with op to eight players without the need to buy extra commponents(7 wireless and 1 standard controller).
as for the xbox 360 they aimed to beat the ps2 not a next gen machine like the ps3.

i dont think it is a matter of which gaming console is better than the other, let’s just give thanx that these big companies are trying to outdo each other to give us the best gaming experience around, just imagine if one company had the monopoly on the gaming industry, we would still be paying big bucks to play tetris!!! i have to say i lean towards sony, but i thank microsoft and nintendo for the competition, let us look forward to many more years of awesome graphics and gameplay, not to mention gran turismo 5,6,7,8,9 etc

first off let me start by saying that XBOX WILL WIN and has done so already.let me educate some of you who have no idea of business.fact 1)……playstation is a hardware company…..fact 2)…..microsoft is a software company…..so as far as hardware,yes playstation may or possibly have better hardware,which strikes me cause they dont have a hardrive.now microsofts software will probably (99.9% chance they will) will be ten times better than ps3’s software,which a game these days are all based on software.for example: ps2 online did horrible compared to xbox live cause they lack the good software needed for online support, they basically started from scratch.the same ps3 online will be a joke,since microsoft is a software company playstation will never win the online market PERIOD.to make a good game takes the best software, hardware means very little compared to software. fact 3)games in 2005 are taking a huge amount of memory, with no hard drive you can almost laugh at that marketing strategy.and just cause ps3 may be more expensive doesnt mean its better.what makes a product more or less expensive is how it is manufactured.fact 4)if i have 2 products at the same cost of $100 for example and i manufacture (product #1) of those products a 1000 times and the very same product (product #2) only 500 time, product number 2 will be more expensive cause i produced less in quantity.so although ps3 is more expensive ….you have to ask yourself why! you have to do the research before you can say which is the better system.i dont know everything but i do know that these companies are in it to make money and beat there competition.i have my money on xbox 360 since im familiar with ms and sony products.fact 5) halo 2 produced 125 million dollars its release and 2 billion to date( as stated on g4 tech….you can also go to there website if you think im lying).which is the highest grossing game in history, above movie hits.and to sit there and say that sony isnt worried is the funniest thing i ever heard, since bill gates stated it will be released the launch day of ps3.i think the reason alot of you come up with you crazy opinions is cause alot of you cant afford an xbox or are just dumb and believe whatever someone tells you…i dont know.they both will be great machines but as far as which is better ….xbox360 is gonna win the race this time around.AGAIN!

hey everyone, if your reading this its already to late!. i just showed up at my local wallmart at noonish to stand in line for 12 hours to find out that they already have more people than xbox360s. i asked one of the guys waiting line when he got there and he said he got there at 4am and wasnt 1st in line!! now i have to wait untill christmas for my preorder to arive at EB. GL to anyone trying to get one but its probably already imposible unles your willing to setle for the crappy $300 core system.
P.S the 360 is much better than psp!!!

RE TO—Aight check it….Did any of you Xbox lovers get a chance to read about the PS3’s CELL processor? It completely blows the 360 out of the water. Im not that big of an Xbox fan, but however I will get one when it comes out just for its internet play, thats the only thing about it thats better than the PS3. Because if you think about it, You people say that Microsoft is so good and all that crap, but all they’re doing is turning this game console into a friggin computer, and thats not what CONSOLE gaming is supposed to be. PS3 is gonna be more powerful than the Xbox360..2x?I doubt it,if you really knew what you were talking about I guess you would know that the PS3 cant use all 7 cells at 1 time…while the xbox360 can use all 3 cores when ever they’re needed.The 1 core in the 360 is around 2 1/2x better than one cell,the ATi graphics card in the Xbox360 is 2 gens above the nVidia graphics card in the PS3…I guess thats your own oppinion about the ps3 controller,but my oppinion is that they are baaaaad.You can probally play 7 controllers at one time on the PS3 but your have to play with 7 BAD BAD BAD controllers.Just thought i’d set you straight there,anybody wanna debate then you can get at me on AIM,my names Burgessjkkb,or you can get at me on yahoo,my names chicken_n_gritz05
