Garth Montgomery over at APC magazine has been following the Kaaza court case in Sydney Australia, and has been putting reports of the day-to-day proceedings up on their website…

I know what your thinking…”yawn…court transcripts…boring…”, but his dispatch’s are actually quite funny. All the humour aside, this court case has huge implications on the future of online music and online media in general…do yourself a favour and go and read his Daily Dispatches and have a laugh while your at it…
